I am 62 years old and have spent much of my life in Idaho, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, and Arkansas. I grew up on dairy farms in Idaho and Missouri and joined the Navy at 17, where I trained as a machinist. After my service, I worked as a carpenter and ironworker—careers that demanded precision, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to learning.
I’ve been married to my wife, Charlotte, for more than 25 years. Though I have no children of my own, I’ve always valued community and civic engagement. At one point, I even ran for mayor of my small town, an experience that strengthened my commitment to asking questions and encouraging accountability in local government.
Over the years, I’ve faced challenges that shaped my outlook, including a serious hand injury in 2013 that left me temporarily unable to work. During my recovery, I turned to study and research, which eventually led me to writing. Since then, I have published seven books that explore themes of knowledge, truth, and uncovering long-standing misconceptions.
My titles include:
I write for readers who are curious, questioning, and eager to see the world from a different perspective. My goal is not just to share knowledge, but to inspire others to think critically and apply what they learn in meaningful ways.
