Myron J. Abrams

After more than 40 years of dedicated service at Ford Motor Company, Myron J.  Abrams now enjoys a well-earned retirement filled with adventure, creativity, and  family. Married to his beloved wife Claire for over 54 years, and the proud father  of two sons, Mark and Jeffrey, Myron has embraced life’s next chapter with  enthusiasm. His days are now filled with hobbies that reflect his curious spirit  which are traveling the world, collecting souvenirs, and capturing special moments  through photography. Whether he’s participating in online auctions, attending  estate sales, or expanding his impressive collection of sports cards and  memorabilia, Myron lives each day with passion and purpose. 

A true lover of life, Myron finds joy in both the big moments and the simple  pleasures. He’s an avid gardener, an enthusiastic fan of live theater and sports, and  a regular at concerts and movies. At home, he enjoys immersing himself in a  variety of television programs, staying up to date on current events, and, most  importantly, spending quality time with his family and friends. Myron’s warm,  observant nature and appreciation for the world around him naturally led to a new  and unexpected role: that of a children’s book author. 

Inspired by his son Jeffrey and his playful pet ferret, Myron wrote a delightful  children’s picture book that captures the heartwarming and often humorous bond  between the two. Their adventures sparked Myron’s imagination, and he saw an  opportunity to share the unique personality and charm of ferrets with young  readers and their parents. Through this story, Myron not only brings smiles to his  audience but also helps foster understanding and appreciation for these lovable  animals.
